Actually think it is an Epiphone Crestwood Deluxe. https://www.vintageguitarandbass.com/ep ... Deluxe.php

From the headstock decal, which doesn't seem to say Epiphone, maybe Nicke's is a custom made replica of some sorts.

I like Miley, she's getting more adventuresome musically all the time. I loved the record she did with Flaming Lips. & her NIN covers were good.
