Got the three-day pass on a presale. Mind blown. 40 Watt take note!

WISH I could swing it. Maybe one day as I sure hope this becomes a staple of the touring year.

On a year I missed a couple shows due to other commitments I could not pass on this gem and will be there. Have a room booked in Yuma for now but if any other lodging options come up where people need a room filled reach out. Going to fly to Vegas on Thursday night and out Monday afternoon and drive over Friday AM if anyone wants to car pool.

Andy,
We’ve never met, so howdy! Are you really staying in Yuma or did you mean Yucca Valley (closest town to Pioneertown)? I am not an expert but have spent a decent amount of down there and don’t recall a Yuma, other than the one nearly 200 miles away in Arizona

Haha, That was a auto correct issue I imagine and yes it is Yucca Valley not Yuma. Not much of a proofer but maybe need to become one. Thanks.

Was just poking around Pappy and Harriet's site and saw that Early James has been added as the opener. Currently listed for all three shows. I'll have to check him out, but also, I was kind of hoping for different openers each night à la Homecoming East. Maybe that's a bit of a logistical challenge out in the desert. Oh well.

OK, so against my better judgment I'm there. A kind HeAthen transferred a pass and another offered a couch (I've always depended on the kindness of HeAthens). I really hadn't ought, but what the hell. Money-schmoney. Looking forward to seeing and/or meeting the West Coast contingent.

Word to the wise: make sure you check prices to Ontario (ONT) as well as Palm Springs (PSP). The drive isn’t appreciably longer, and it was less than half the price.

This is particularly true if you live near a good Southwest Airlines market.

Hi Jeff. We denizens of the wide open spaces (i.e., the Midwest) often have little choice in the matter. Combine that with geriatric-onset folly and I'm there!

Hey everybody!
After many years of being absent from 3DD I’m back for Homecoming West.
I was at the 40 Watt for homecoming in 2008 and 2015 and I’m stoked to be back in the fold.
I lost my appetite for traveling for shows a few years ago, and being in Salt Lake City we
Don’t get many DBT shows (two since 2011). Bummed my buddy WWCD won’t be there, but I’m
Sure we’ll leave with more friends than we started with. I look forward to seeing everybody on Friday!
