What's Everyone Listening to?

Know of a great band you think we'd like to hear about? Got some music news? Or just want to talk about music in general? Post it here.

Yes, it's from the Fox Theater in Atlanta. It's fantastic! You really can't go wrong with those "Darkness" shows. I saw 2 shows on that tour (age 17), 1 in a theater at the beginning of the tour & a small arena at the end. Bruce was tearing it up on guitar those shows. I kind of wish he would do more of that. Very underrated guitar player IMHO. I saw 2 shows on the original "River" tour also. In Seattle he stood on the chair directly in front of me for a song. When he finished shook my hand & ran back to the stage. It made a lasting impression to say the least! I got lucky when he did "The River" a few years ago. I ended up going by myself & was rewarded with a stellar almost 4 hour show. If I go out on Bruce with that show, I'm good. I would've liked him to tour for "Western Stars". Really like the film he did in his barn of the album. I kind of think Bruce is having a late career renaissance like Dylan & Neil Young. All have put out some great stuff recently, not just rehashing past glories.

I'm enjoying this so much that I haven't even gotten a chance to listen to Petty's "Wildflowers and All the Rest" yet.

Some songs are giving me Peter Rowan/Tony Rice vibes, while others feel more contemporary like Trampled By Turtles. Good stuff
And I knew when I woke up Rock N Roll would be here forever

I'm far from an audiophile, but this sounds sublime on the platter this morning. Can't wait to put on the bonus material.
