Time to start my ticket groveling.

My friend and I have caught 5 homecomings in a row. All previous years I was online buying tickets the day they went on sale. This is the first year he's got a serious girlfriend. I just found out what he meant when he said he was getting "us" tickets.

Hoping the karma from extras I've given away and sold for face at previous homecomings might come around this time. I'd be super grateful for any leads on Fri/Sat tickets ($130 on stubhub doesn't count as a lead).

You should just let Tracy go have fun with everyone else, and you stay home.

I've tried several times, including dropping her off in the middle of the woods. But she always finds her way back home.

Modifying my ticket grovel:

Just need 1 for Friday now. Big thanks to DT (don't know his forum name) for the 2 Saturday tickets. I can trade 1 Saturday for a Friday.

Hey guys. I'm looking for a single Friday and Saturday ticket for a dear friend. If anyone has extra, let me know. Homecoming wouldn't be the same without him.

...30 Days.

I've never been to a Homecoming, but over the last few nights, have had dreams about it, obviously from thinking about it, and all your photos and stories. It was like the Wizard of Oz, with folks I've met over the last year or so in the dreams. ("And you were there, and you were there...")

Just so excited about the weekend...

Leaving the 40 Watt for the third time is a lot like exiting a 3-day incubation in a petrie dish, but with Athens Crud...

This will test my legendary immune system. (I've had one cold in the last 40 years...and that's it).

Challenge. Accepted. (Later, when he posted here from the hospital, he was heard to exclaim, "It was WORTH IT! COOLEY!!")

Ahh yes, the Athens Crud! After losing my Homecoming virginity last year, it took hold of me for almost a month after. Industrial strength antibiotics finally loosed its grips on me... but yet, I will tempt fate yet again in just a few weeks to taste the sweet nectar of HeAthens debauchery... can imagine no better route to my demise!!! Is there a doctor in the house???

Hey, y'all - I am looking for 1-3 Friday tickets for my 2 bosses and one wife of boss. (So really 3, but will take any number I can get). They are pretty much the best bosses ever - they are letting me go raft the Grand Canyon for 3 weeks - and I would very much like to help them out. Please let me know if you have any leads!! You can email me at noligirl1@gmail.com. Thank you!!
there's no comfort in survival but I guess it's the best option I've found

Any word/rumors on how many new songs the boys will be busting out? Hearing the new stuff is always one of my favorite parts of HC. Hoping for a new record late this year or early next!
