Truckers feel like "throwaway people"

This forum is for talking about non-music-related stuff that the DBT fanbase might be interested in. This is not the place for inside jokes and BS. Take that crap to some other board.

Ha. Thought this one would capture your attention.
What used to be is gone and what ought to be ought not to be so hard

My uncle drove a truck his entire life out of southern Indiana. He was lucky in that he only drove a 6 state area but he was still gone most of the time. Put a tremendous strain on his marriage but they stuck it out. My favorite story is him getting caught in a flash flood that stranded him on the roof of his trailer and washed away his false teeth in the process. He was Teamster strong until it turned out Hoffa and his goons looted their pension plan and left him without health insurance after he retired.
Kick out the jams motherfuckers.
