My uncle drove a truck his entire life out of southern Indiana. He was lucky in that he only drove a 6 state area but he was still gone most of the time. Put a tremendous strain on his marriage but they stuck it out. My favorite story is him getting caught in a flash flood that stranded him on the roof of his trailer and washed away his false teeth in the process. He was Teamster strong until it turned out Hoffa and his goons looted their pension plan and left him without health insurance after he retired.
Kick out the jams motherfuckers.
