Hi kids,

Well, we're only a few weeks away from my favorite time of the year.
I'm pretty sure y'all know where I stand on the subject.

Ohio State Buckeyes WILL be in the National Championship com Jan 2011!
Now, the question is...who will they be playing?
I'd love to see a rematch with Alabama. (I was at the kickoff classic at the Meadowlands in the early 80's and the Tide rolled.)

Anyone else have a prediction?

I'm sure there will be an SEC team in the National Championship game but I
doubt they will be playing Ohio St.
from the NCAA FB 2010 thread;

This year is South Carolina's best chance at coming in 2nd in the SEC East.
They just have to get by Georgia, which might not be a stretch this year.
I doubt Florida will beat Alabama in Tuscaloosa but they will win in Atlanta
where it counts.

RevTodd, looks like you and I will carry the buckeye torch on here....! I would also love to see them play BAMA, but i'm afraid to make predictions.
Our defense is so tight, i'm not gonna worry too much about them.
I think the keys are Sanzenbacher being consistent (and he's been...)
Brandon Saine not throwing tantrums or any off the field drama..
Boom Herron needs to step it up, he could be a star...he was good last year, but...at this point he should..
Terrelle needs to maintain confidence and hopefully he can rack up some throwing yards in the first few games to carry him to Illinois.
I think our hardest games are gonna be Iowa and Purdue. (but Purdue is home at least)

It's gonna be an exciting season....there really haven't been too many upsets since a few years ago, i hope there are a few this year...i'm also anxious to see what happens w/the new coaches...ND (btw, Claussens looked good the other night)...(ps i think Michigan is going up for some infractions this week, I can't remember, though)
