I've been meaning to give that a whirl.
I thought GLOW was excellent, quite apart from the toplessnessness (welcome bonus, not gonna lie).

I'm not big on the Adult Swim stuff in general, but after hearing enough people praise it, I gave Rick and Morty a whirl last night. Really funny. The second episode ("Lawnmower Dog") had me howling. The concept gives them a lot of leeway to be surreal and inventive. Looking forward to watching the rest on Hulu.

Not a big Criminal Minds guy, but just caught an episode with Decoration Day playing during the final montage. Definitely glad I caught that one.

Wife and I have seen the first two episodes of this season. Yeah, all kinds of surprises. They way they presented those surprises was done very well.

I was never really into Andrew Dice Clay back when he was big. That said, we watched and loved season 1 of Dice, and, I can't lie, I was really happy to see that it was renewed for a second season. The premiere was last Sunday and it was a great episode. Highly recommend this show

Absolutely this. He reminded me so much of Jackie Mason in Sunday's episode.

sorry for covering a bunch of ground in one post, making up for lost time.....
(1) Dice keeps killing it, this season is 4 for 4
(2) anyone watching The Deuce? Two episodes and we're all in
(3) finally finished season 2 of Man in the High Castle. Interested to hear from any of y'all who have been watching
(4) Manhunt: The Unabomber was actually quite good, well worth sitting through 8 episodes
(5) wonder if I'm the only one who can't keep straight Ron Livingston and Mark Duplass

In case you didn't notice, last night's episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm was titled, "The Pickle Gambit." I hope Flea got paid.

"Fatwa sex" made me laugh out loud. The scenes with Salman Rushdie are brilliant.

Just finished Man in the High Castle. Overall, I really enjoy it. Sometimes it's a little corny, but I don't feel like there are a lot of moments where I think he/she'd never do that. My favorite thing about the whole show is how they really 360 some of these characters and give very complex depth to them. Oberstgruppenführer John Smith is the fucking devil. But he's such a heroic figure at the same time. He should either be executed or save the world. I'm not sure which. But I find myself caring about Nazis and Japanese secret service, which is compelling.
Only saw two episodes of Manhunt (Mrs Beebs watch the whole thing). One episode seemed to make a little too sympathetic figure of Ted Kazynski. I figure he would not have been just a gentle outlier in his community at that point and more psychopathic the woods. But overall it seemed well done and I liked what little I saw.

It's really good. I'm glad I got in before all the recent silliness, because the show's more...hardcore fans making asses of themselves in a spectacularly public way would've definitely made me less likely to take the plunge.

Only two episodes in but I dig already. It definitely has that David Fincher vibe but not so that it's distracting.

Jeez. Why is it the in thing now for every show to portray everybody as completely miserable? And what makes people want to watch that?
That is one way to look at it. I personally enjoy watching the scheming and creativity the family uses in getting out of jams they find themselves in/get themselves into.
