This forum is for talking about non-music-related stuff that the DBT fanbase might be interested in. This is not the place for inside jokes and BS. Take that crap to some other board.

netflix is releasing a remixed version of arrested developments 4th season this friday, with a 5th season premiering soon

i adored that show in its original run but made it three episodes into season 4 before giving up. hopefully this remix makes the episodes watchable but im not too optimistic

Anyone else watching The Americans? What has been from day one one of the most consistently amazing shows has really upped its game in the final season. The last few episodes have been off the charts

Not certain but I think there are only 3, *maybe* 4, episodes left, and then it's done

It's TV. I suspect it will be available somewhere pretty much always and forever.

This season has been amazing so far, can't wait until the final 3 episodes. It kinda feels like Stan had his Hank Schraeder moment this week where he starts to figure everything out and then has to decide how to proceed.

it's probably just me, but damn, I cannot stand Stan! His overblown earnestness just kills me, especially that damn speech he made at Thanksgiving! I'd love to see the series end with Liz beheading him but alas I know that ain't happening

Noah Emmerich, with whom I share a birthday (he's a year older) is really good, it's just the Stan character that I am not down with.

Absolutely cannot wait for tonight!!!

We tried but only made it about 4 or 5 episodes. Let me know if we made a mistake.

I thought the series finale of The Americans was phenomenal. I really enjoyed how they tied up some loose ends, left some things still up in the air, all while staying true to the heart of the show. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

Agree. Although I thought they could have added an extra layer of misery by having Paige get arrested on the train and having them look out the window and see that.

I was pretty certain there wasn't gonna be a bloodbath to end it all but other than that I didn't see it playing out specifically the way it did. I loved it, thought that even though people lived their lives were never gonna be the same again in any way, shape, or form. Especially Stan- man, did they crush him. Going forward I see him having the hardest road by far, even more than Phil & Liz.

was a bit surprised that we saw neither hide nor hair of Martha last night. Not sure how they could have worked her into the story naturally but still was expecting her

Yuuuge mistake!

( finished a good while ago and liked it quite a bit although you could probably argue that storyline is borrowing shamelessly from Breaking Bad, and just set in another scenery. Found it entertaing enough to keep watching)

I made it three. It wasn't awful, awful but it wasn't terribly compelling either.

Walking Dead has become a laughable shit show. Doesn't even hold up as a guilty pleasure for me any more.

I'm a few episodes into the current season of Fear the Walking Dead (have only seen two or three previous episodes - mainly because I recognized Ray McKinnon) and it seems much better. Like written for grown ups.

Speaking of Ray McKinnon....I aint a big TV- NetFlix watcher - i prefer entertainment on the turntable whilst at home....but...Holy mother of gawd.... Rectify is one of the most magnificent journeys I have ever experienced. Well done Ray - i am deeply moved.
