Everybody...I want to introduce you to my hero. This is my mother's mother and she is "Depression Era". She turned 94 today. At this point she is fragile, but this lady has the toughest spirit of anyone i know of. I owe all that I am and all that I have to her. I won't go into a lot of detail here but there is no one on this earth who I have more respect for than this sweet lady. Went down and spent a few hours sitting on her porch with her, talked and watched the kids play this evening. I don't know how many more opportunities we'll have to be able to do that so we cherished every minute.

My grandmas were ladies just like that. I lost my moma's moma this past November. She was the only grandma I had left. I count myslef as very lucky to have had these unbelieveably strong, old school, Southern folks in my life.
