It's November 10th and Iowa State is in (checks notes) sole possession of 1st place in the Big 12.

In case you didn't think the world was ending soon, now you know.

Nice call on BC-Clemson, swamp! The Eagles didn't quite have the full 60 minutes in them, but they covered by more than 2 touchdowns in a generally impressive performance marred and aided by numerous penalties of the obvious, questionable and dangerous kinds. I don't think anyone but you saw that coming.
With Clemson's QB out I just didn't think the rest of the team would pick up the slack and after that performance it was a no brainer with Notre Dame.
Friday night lights!
Minnesota is back with a visit from Iowa. STAY IN YOUR HOLE! You will be Pierced.
A Aldas 37 - Minn 18
(will finish later, wanted to get this up before tonight)
Site went down before i could post and before I could figure out what to do the Indy Mich St game was over
so I made this video as the ND/BC game was starting.

When the site went down I could have left well alone and had a 100% correct,
but no, I posted that video picking Mich again :roll:
Notre Dame is off this week.
I've picked against Indy almost every week but I just can't do it this week.
Indy 36 - OSU 29
Penn St is really sucking this year....so obviously,
Iowa 29 - PS 17
Wiscy 32 - NW 23
Ore 42 - UCLA 37
SEC! SEC! SEC?
i've almost forgot who was still in.
KU 29 - ALABAMA! 47
Tenn 17 - Aubama 28
And that's the way I see it.

Not part of the formula (right now) but note worthy.
Florida @ Tenntucky
Don't like playing the hound dogs in December. The last time the Gators played them in December, they lost!
~~~~``##2^~^~^=+ or - zzzzzzzzzzzzz**********
everything is gittin fuzzy, I'm I seeing stars? no~o~o~o~ooooh I'm going back in tiiiiiiiiiime
It was 2001, the game had been postponed due to 9/11, nobody had ever heard of a rose ceremony except maybe
Pasadena, where they had a parade and bowl game. The bowl game, that's what it was spose to be about.
A bitter/sweet night it turned out to be. Win this game, then the Gators would obviously beat whoever they played
in the SEC champ game and then on to the Rose Bowl! The bitter; They lost! I would not get to throw my rose on the
field after the game :( The sweet: Then I saw her coming down the sideline with a firm grip on her CBS microphone.
Every man in our section had tried and failed to get her attention as long as I could remember, but nevertheless I
called out her name. "JILL" She stopped to take the rose I offered and thanked me. As she walked away I realized
I was getting a standing ovation from everybody in our section, not to mention the high 5's.
Fla 47 - Tenn 21
Also, is Trump also prez of the big 10?
Cause they changed the rules in the middle of the game.
Maybe Ohio States opponent will magically disappear?
This just seems like such a strange score. Anybody know off hand if there's ever been a game that's ended in this score, at least on the D1 or pro level?
BTB's question made me curious:
I bow in your general direction sir. Looks like quite an exciting game. On a quick scan I saw at least 1 safety, 2 failed 2 point conversions and lots of touchdowns.
It's a weird deal. They busted them out a couple years ago for the West Virginia game (they were ranked #8 or something coming into Ames) as an alternate and ISU won going away. They've become a favorite of the players and staff, and ISU has never lost when wearing them, and Matt Campbell is very superstitous. Whenever he beats a school once, he uses that uniform combo against them until we lose in them.
Black uniform history
2018:
ISU 30 West Virginia 14
ISU 42 Kansas State 38
2019:
ISU 49 TCU 24
ISU 23 Texas 21
2020
ISU 37 Oklahoma 30
ISU 38 Baylor 31
ISU 45 Kansas State 0
ISU 42 West Virginia 6
ISU? OU?
8-0 in black unis all time. Let's get weird.
As much as I would like to blame Clams, covid has really fucked up the formula.
Otherwise the Big 12 would be in there with the rest of the sub-SEC conferences.
