There’s a decent chance our game in Austin in mid November will be for a berth in the title.

The Apocalypse is nigh.
If that isn’t enough to make you think Armageddon is upon us, my UK Wildcats host Georgia this weekend with the SEC East title on the line (along with the chance to get beat by 50 by Bama in the SEC title game.)
Definitely rooting for your Cats in that one. Snell is an absolute beast!

Geaux Tigers. Got them covering in my pick ‘em.

Bama is untested. Death Valley at night. Shit’ll get weird.

I really hope LSU beats Bammer. I'm so very tired of them.

If Fromm has his normal game and not the about ination he had in Baton Rougewewin in Lexington. Kentucky's players seem a little too fired up from the things they are saying. That's good. Go Dawgs.

Yup. That was a definitive game, to say the least.

We also don't have to deal with a 1 loss Bama with no high quality wins and no conference championship getting in due to the "eye test".

Yeah, the league added a game to the schedule last year, but we still set it with one more to go.

Thanks, bubba! It's been a great season and quite a run these last three years. If we win @ Wesleyan this weekend that will be ring #3 for the seniors.

BC Eagles!! 7-2 going into the big "showdown" w/ Clemson at the Heights. I say they keep Clemson under 50, and if they do it should count as a win :)

Every few years BC comes up w/ a team that can at least play w/ the big boys and this is one of those years. Enjoying it while it lasts.

Nope, can't make the game unfortunately. But had I known college game day was coming I might have changed my schedule to drink all morning so I could get on tv by acting like an idiot and dressing for a summer day at the beach when it's 35 degrees.

Go Eagles!

Heartbreaking loss for BC. This would have been a huge win 'cause on the road and Florida State. The Seminoles may not be what they once were but they're still Florida State for the more typically downtrodden. The Eagles' QB seems to have an amazing arm, he just doesn't seem to know where the ball is going to go.

The Farmageddon streak is over! What a game, and glad I got to make it.

Now excuse me while I go puke at ESPN's blatant attempts to shove Ohio State ahead of Oklahoma. You guys think I'm crazy for saying they have an anti-Big 12 bias, but there is no objective metric to support Ohio State's inclusion over Oklahoma's in the Bama sacrifice game. Oklahoma sucks at defense? Absolutely. IIRC, Ohio State just gave up 50 points to Maryland. Ohio State got TROUNCED by an unranked team, and OU's only loss is to a team currently in the AP Top 10.

Look for Northwestern to roll over dead against Ohio State, Oklahoma to beat Texas in a nail biter, and the other games go according to script. Ohio State will get in, I guaranfuckingtee it, and the narrative will be about defense. The lengths this committee has and will continue to go through to include Ohio State are ridiculous.

I heard this narrative on ESPN Radio this morning. Ohio State's defense has been hot garbage all year, but OU is the team that will be dinged for it?

100% with you on this. The only reason I’d want to see Ohio State get in would be to see them get beat by 50 by Alabama before Urban hopefully goes away forever.

And Tennessee’s season may be over, but luckily the only thing we love more than football is a good ol’ coaching search (in this case, our new offensive coordinator).

Correct. The rules don't apply to Ohio State, or the narrative changes annually to bend in their favor. It's really, really obvious.

Make the playoffs 8 teams. P5 conference champs get in automatically, and you get 3 at-large slots to hand to the beauty queens or undefeated G5 squads.

Going into last week's games, I knew better to think that my Wolverines would actually beat OSU. But I was secretly optimistic. Man, that sucked. I"d rather be 2-10 than 10-2 if those two victories were over Notre Dame and OSU.

I was ready for 1-11 if the 1 was Kansas State this year.

Thankfully I got my cake and ate it too.
