This forum is for talking about non-music-related stuff that the DBT fanbase might be interested in. This is not the place for inside jokes and BS. Take that crap to some other board.
Lost a four-year starter, two-time All-American at Tackle. Will most likely start a Freshman there. He's talented, but inexperienced. Lost a two-time All-NESCAC performer at Guard. Return an All-NESCAC Tackle, a (will be) three-year starter at Center and a returning starter at Guard. If we stay healthy, we should be solid there. Coach is a legend.
RB is back. Is a very decorated player - NESCAC Rookie of the Year, three-time All-NESCAC RB, All-time leading TD rusher in Trinity history, Captain. Two talented Freshmen will provide depth.
Return two All-NESCAC receivers and two others that started/contributed significantly as Freshmen. Adding a talented Freshman to the mix. Will be a strength of the team.
Defensive line is loaded and deep. Two All-NESCAC returners.
Outside LBs are both four-year starters. Seasoned and talented.
Inside LBs are both newbies. Talented, but green. Talented Freshman will add depth there.
Lost an All-NESCAC Corner. Return the other. Three others in the mix. One Freshman from Chicago might jump right in.
Graduated one Safety and return a Senior Captain at the other position. Senior & Sophomore battling it out to start. Talented Freshman lurking in the shadows.
If we can figure it out at the QB position and the Offensive Coordinator doesn't fuck it up, we should be good. Big "if" on the latter.
Yeah the OC better not fuck up. I've heard he's very prickly, probably gets on his players' nerves.
I'm putting the over/under for wins at 8. I'll take the over, but just barely. Go Bantams!

I got us at 8-4.
Losses: OU, @TCU, @UT, @Iowa
Wins: South Dakota State, Akron, @OK State, TTU, @KU, WVU, Rape U, K State
I think this is the year that Harbaugh turns the corner and we win a couple of big games for a change. Defense is very solid and the word is that Patterson is as good a QB as we have had in many years. But RBs and WRs are not as strong as usual, and its a killer schedule this year -- including at OSU, MSU and ND and home against Wisconsin and PSU. Still, I'm more optimistic this year than any other in the past decade and I'll go with a solid 10-2 this year. Losing to ND tonight would be a real buzzkill.
a creaky old school offensive staff. lots of green talent. rumors are that the o-line can't bust a grape. true fact is we don't have a single rb with a career touchdown and a transfer qb from osu. thanks urban.
defense should be salty.
hoping to keep games close until offense finds it's footing.
i think the whole season is gonna be a high wire act.

I'm wondering how and when you guys and Texas will get back.
We got canceled due to a 5 hour long lightning storm. No idea what's going to happen in regards to a 12th game.

You and me both. We were out-coached at every level and somehow simply unprepared to play. Amazing. I guess I should have predicted 2-10. But we're a basketball school, right?
I know beating a fringe Top 25 team, even on the road, is rarely something that causes such pure joy for a fanbase, but after losing to Florida 31 straight years, finally seeing Kentucky take them down was one of my happiest sports memories. To put the streak in perspective, the last time we beat UF, I was an 8-year old trying to get over Apollo Creed's death and still believing I was going to grow up to play point guard for UK (I later realized they don't sign too much short, fat, white dudes).
It was awesome sharing the moment with my son, who reminded me as we celebrated the victory that he was 8 when we beat UF this year, just like I was back in 1986. What made it even sweeter is we looked like the better team for the entire game, piled up 300+ rushing yards and didn't allow a QB sack.
As one of the t-shirts I saw said, "Nobody beats us 32 times in a row".

When your grandson is 8 yall can celebrate again
and the rest as they say is uh er uh, well somebodies history somewhere?
OkieinTexas, you disabled your ability to receive PMs, so I'll just leave it here.
Can't make the game. Harvest came early! Everything is going well, hopefully the same for you. I would imagine it's going to be a blood bath, unless our offensive line turned into the '83 Redskins overnight.

(1) She’s good, her schools went 1 and 1 on Saturday- Texas won and Colby lost- though would have been 1 and 2 had the hurricane prevented UNC from being slaughtered by UCF
(2) she said that she wasn’t even certain that Colby still fielded a football team, that’s how little she pays attention to Mule athletics
(3) She deserves thoughts and prayers for being married to me
Son, this ain't a dream no more, it's the real thing
Anyone else catch that Urban Meyer interview with Tom Rinaldi on Sportscenter?
Dude is 100% garbage. I’d have more respect if he just came out and said what he believes: Urban Meyer doesn’t give a fuck what any of his coaches do to women if said coaches can help him win footbaww games. What’s a little collateral damage when it comes to footbaww?

I am floored that his agent even allows him to open his mouth at this point, because it seems to get worse and worse every time he makes a weak attempt at defending himself.
