This is devastating for anyone who uses I95 through the city, which is literally around a million cars per week. Not just for people who live or work in the Philly area but also anyone traveling north/south along the east coast. All of the detours and alternate routes, without traffic, would add at least hour to your trip. With traffic, yikes.
But at least we got this classic northeast philly guy who just like the rest of us rolled out of bed to the bad news yesterday:

Springsteen suddenly taken ill before the first of his 2 Philly shows. Wonder if he got a bad cheesesteak.

In conclusion Bruce ended the show with a non requested encore of Born To Run. Finally Springsteen ended the show by saying, “F You Philadelphia, Ever get the feeling you’ve been cheated. I always hated you, I got your money and I am keeping it. You rubes still believe I am a blue collar guy and I have a net worth of $500 million. Ha, I hang out with Oprah you bunch of suckers.”

Was that during the 3 Stooges part of the show? It's been a "highlight" this tour.

Which begs the question, what emotions does an alligator support?
