Philadelphia-area high schools Central Bucks West and Ridley met last night in the Class 2A quarterfinal of the Flyers Cup, a high school tournament put on by the Flyers every year. Central Bucks West was up 7-1 in the third period when the game was called, on account of an out-of-control brawl involving most of the players on both teams and even a pair of spectators.
only thing missing from the video is a rousing shout of "Worldstar!!!"
pure gold from the comments:
“The courting ritual has occurred every Spring since the dawn of time. Observe as the defeated males make one last effort to assert their worthiness by engaging in violence with their rivals. Note the beautiful high-pitched mating call of the sexually active females in the background. Meanwhile, the parents of these youths join the fray attempt in a futile attempt to display their child-rearing ability.”

C.B. West (of Mike Pettine 90's fame) ahh yes, that would be my ol' stomping grounds circa '93.

After 3 days of a free NFL draft with no police issues, Philadelphia finally has a sports-related arrest:
It's no wonder they got so many responses so fast: At least around here, their prices would be substantially below market. My sons started a similar business (called "Monkey Business" fwiw) when they were in middle school and i think their prices were higher back then (let's call it 15 yrs in round numbers). OTOH, they're tapping a very promising market: The number of people looking for "kids looking to make some bucks" shoveling apparently far exceeds the number of kids looking to make some bucks, at least around here.
