Thursday- 50/50 Brewing, Truckee
Friday- Cellarmaker Maker Brewery, SF
Saturday- Magnolia Brewing, SF (had a tremendous session with LBRod!)
Sunday- Fieldwork Brewing, Berkeley and then lastly, Berryessa Brewing, Winters

Don't hurt people, and don't take their stuff.
Re: What's Everyone Drinking?
My wife is making tea. This causes me to drink bourbon. I love bourbon and tea mixed! I also just like bourbon!

Desperation
I remember being in Atlanta in 1985 a night early for a 2 night GD run at the Fox and this chick we stayed with served us vodka, Tang, & cranberry juice

Re: What's Everyone Drinking?
I'm not put off by soy milk. There for a while I used it because I never needed much milk at a time and soy milk lasts a lot longer than regular milk. It took some getting used to the thicker consistency, but after some time and learning to mix in a little water, soy milk was fine.tinnitus photography wrote:how about gin and soy milk?
I also like gin. I don't drink it often, but every now and then in warm weather with the right company, a gin rickey is just the perfect drink.
That said, gin and soy milk is worse than any drink combination I could ever come up with. My bourbon and Tang experiment happened because an old friend of mine just didn't have any mixers at his house and we were already pretty well lit. We tried his wife's Diet Mtn Dew as a mixer and then figured Tang would be a better bet. It was.
But gin and soy milk mixed together???? That's just nasty. It's even offensive. That combination is just so wrong that it's admirable in a sick way that someone could even conjure it.

Re: What's Everyone Drinking?
enjoying the hell out of this gem from an amazing brewery from Santa Rosa, but at the same time really unsettled by the fires that are raging over there. Already a bunch of deaths and lots of destruction. My wife has a student whose parents and grandparents both had their houses burned to the ground. We are having fires in Paradise, the next town over, but it's nothing like what they are seeing in Napa and Sonoma. Hard times all over

Re: What's Everyone Drinking?
Report from GABF (with a Lawson's Finest Super Session #8 in hand):
Best beers I tried were Avancé from Allagash, Hunahpu from Cigar City, Aestas from Odd Side Ales, Mexican Chocolate Peanut Butter Stout from Belching Beaver, and Día de los Mangos from Beachwood Blendery.
Didn't have it at the festival itself, but The Rare Barrel's Supermassive blew my mind a little bit, too. Denver becomes an absurd beer playground each fall.
