This forum is for talking about non-music-related stuff that the DBT fanbase might be interested in. This is not the place for inside jokes and BS. Take that crap to some other board.

Thumbs up. I enjoy the Schlafly Coffee Stout, but these are just as good or better.
Love this stuff. Schlafly stopped brewing these a month or so ago and i can't find them anywhere in Nashville now but, I found a nice stash at a store in Jackson and stocked up.
Picked up a bunch of these http://jesterkingbrewery.com/introducing-jester-king-la-vie-en-rose while in Austin for SXSW last week. Best beer experience of my life and can't imagine it being topped unless I go to Belgium. I ended up going two nights to Jester King. Brought a bunch back. Cracking one and going to try to save the others as long as I can hold out.
Shameless plug here, but I'm posting a pic every Friday from my beer can collection on my twitter acct. Just started with the twitter thing & I have no idea on what's what, but that's not important.
I was 7 yrs old when my parents bought their first house. I already had a beer can collection going at that point. I don't remember how it started. It was probably just a few cans at that point. The room I was given had hockey wallpaper and shelves built for a beer can collection. I was the happiest kid in the world. The collection grew over the years and there's some really great cans here that need to be shared. Mostly from the '70s.
Hit up some breweries in Madison yesterday: Ale Asylum and Karben4.
They were both very good, but the guys at Karben4 are innovative as hell. They made a coffee stout that had absolutely no hops and used noting but partially roasted coffee beans to bitter the beer. It was something else. When they chose to employ hops, they did so wonderfully with a killer rye IPA that I would put up against Ruthless any day.
If you ever find yourself in southern Wisconsin, look 'em up.
So tasty. I grabbed a case for my buddy and watched him drop the entire case on the ground transferring it to his car. Only lost 5 bottles but the slow motion action and yell he made to save them was priceless.
Shit was crazy up here last week with all the release parties for KBS. Selling out as fast as a tap can pour. I managed to get 2 bottles on the store release day. Folks driving around following delivery trucks and cherry picking. I'm not blown away by KBS. Lots of hype to me. Not a bad thing for Grand Rapids though. Fun to see the city grow like it has. The new TapRoom at Founders is top notch. It's been done for a while now, but always jammed.
