I am gonna have to one up you ...I am seeing Panic tonight and tomorrow night in Richmond at The National. While Panic puts on a great show and I have seen many, I am looking forward to seeing MMJ even more.

ferreal? I can't tell with you sometimes bubz... I think the North Hills is an amazing album!!!
Since I hadn't heard of them until yesterday I did not know they were much beloved. Have heard a couple of good words from you and Smitty so I'll go with that until I hear them. Oh and LM? Welcome to my world with ol' Beantown. Good to see someone else getting into some friendly musical sparring with him for a change!

sending it to you tomorrow if I can get my ass in gear with an address. seriously, I thought it was a perfect beginning to end album, like, no bad tracks. what's wrong with me?
Can't say i remember what album i listened to. It was all the rage for a bit on 9B (i aint making that up TC 'cause there's nowhere else i woulda/coulda heard about it - if u could search the 9B listening thread i bet you'd find it), somebody sent me something, i listened to it 2x, it made exactly zero impression on me, i scratched my head, deleted it (the tunes, not my head) and moved on to the next one.
OK, i'll admit it: WTF is rick rolling?

I wouldn't call "North Hills" great, but it is a solid album - better than most "new" bands I've gave a listen to lately - I've only had it for one day, mind you - parts of it bring to mind the Byrds -
