Pimp a product

This forum is for talking about non-music-related stuff that the DBT fanbase might be interested in. This is not the place for inside jokes and BS. Take that crap to some other board.

Yes! That thing is amazing. I usually furminate the dog (that sounds...odd) outside because it makes such a mess. By the time I'm finished it looks like she exploded all over the backyard.

i usually take her to the park
and i still have to clean up the huge piles of fur on the grass

Noooooo! I love my Christmas boots. They're so fancy that I get nervous wearing them though. I think I'm going to wear them in Nashville next weekend though.

This pair would be everyday jeans and t-shirts boots.
Can you hear that singing? Sounds like gold...

Right on to this...I rarely go out to eat without one and have them stashed all over the house and there's one in my drawer at work. I'm a slob.

I first found out about it at a local dog run when I saw a gal make pretty much a full cup of coffee disappear from the front of her light-colored T-shirt. Really great stuff.

Also, I have to pimp the aviators by Randolph Engineering:

Image

They are really solidly made, look great and fit great. Sure, Ray-Ban is probably best known for aviators, and I have a few pair of them (what can I say, ever since I got my lasik I've been a sunglasses ho), but they pale in comparison to the Randolphs, which are also a bit cheaper. They are good enough for the military and good enough for Don Draper, which is where I first heard of them. Plus, I did have an issue with mine shortly after they arrived and their customer service was stellar.

As far as stain removal - for me, these are the shit...they work every time.
http://www.carbona.com/staindevils.aspx

There is a different Stain Devil for different stains. I use the one designed for fat and cooking oil the most - that should tell me that I need a lifestyle change right there!

Not sure that birkenstocks automatically make you a hippie, to me they are just comfortable summer shoes. Am I a hippie? Maybe in a few ways, but generally speaking, no.

I've got a pair of those Keens, they're excellent. the closed in toe means you can walk around on shingle or a riverbed much more confidently than in open toe sandals. Totally agree, awesome

Got one for my bday from wife and mother-in-law. Really love it. Still have stacks and stacks of books, but this makes reading in bed a whole lot easier. Especially if yr into ginormous books. The e-ink is incredible. Must be seen to comprehend. Looks like its silkscreened onto the display.

Been drinking more wine as I'm getting a little hefty around the middle. Plus, I'm finding its a pretty easy transition to move from being a beer snob to a wine snob. Plus, I have a rule--never spend more than $15 on a bottle. Tons of great varieties out there. This one is fantastic. Spanish. Tempranillo varietal.

I'm a quick learner! Besides, with guidance from you fine folks, how can I go wrong?

@FlyingRabbit: I'm not a huge wine drinker, but I've been told that region of Spain is fantastic for wine, and I believe it. I haven't had anything less than great from there. It's all I buy for myself anymore, and I've found wines ranging from about $8 to about $25. I usually stick with the $8, because as my fiance would tell you, I'm a cheap ass.
