I'm likin this party...
Texas Pinball Festival is sounding tempting today. If I saw this one, my "home game" at the pizza factory ca. 1981, I think I'd flip out (pun intended) Listened to a lot of Foreigner and picked off a lot of pepperoni...

LOL, I remember that one, LM. Wasn't much of a pinball wizard myself, but that one was, shall we say, an eye catcher

A little too late for the page #420 celebration but it goes to show that the folks at Dominoes sure know their audience:

I've never taken a pissbreak during a DBT show but if I had it would have been during Dancing Ricky.

This is seriously, seriously so fucked up.

Flag Australia full stop. Seriously, like 8 out of 10 of the most poisonous things on the planet live there: snakes and spiders and scorpions. Plus great white sharks in the aply named Australian Bight.
We're just off to the right and down a bit: nothing poisonous here (except one small spider that is endangered and pretty much only lives in the North Island): plus we've got the cutest birds and stuff.
this is a kakapo
vs a wombat, I mean come on.

Just caught J Roddy Walston at the 40 Watt. I love Athens for the fact that I grab a beer and set up station, then look to my left and see David Barbe, Patterson Hood and Brad Morgan right next to me. Hilarious. I wished Patterson a Happy Birthday and went about my business. Great show. J Roddy kills it. I had to miss Mike Watt because I have to be up at 6:30am for work. Too old to rally these days. Have a great night!

I tried to get last minute tickets but couldn't find one. I dropped the ball on that one. The 40 Watt put up a couple videos on Facebook.

Most of this was funny and made me giggle - some of it hit a little close to home and I found myself getting defensive...

Re: 3DD NC
good Sunday morning !!!!
Well it is a sunny bright Sunday here, albeit rather chilly one for the first week of spring. Papa Eagle is upstairs taking his mid morning nap and all is quiet on the homefront. ahh Sunday morning coffee, Sunday Globe and quiet love those Sundays!!!
Great weekend Steampunk!!! Fckn awesome!!! I played life size Clue, abosolute fun fun fun!! Saw a Victorian fashion show!!! Met folls from all over New England and beyond. Saw one act plays, met HG Wells (so to speak) saw musical performances from the 1880s, sword fights just great great great imaginative fun!!! Oh and Doctor Livingston and his entire crew was there!!! Loved it!!!! Good imaginative, creative, fun loving group of folks.
Met aircaptians,Queen Victoria, the Wright Brothers, entire families dressed in period clothing, the entire cast of Anne of Green Gables, pirates and wenches just a great day of fun. Will be heading to Somerset NJ for another convention if we can all get our work schedules to go with it!!! Very excited as this is one of the largest conventions. Bummed I couldn't play life size Twister, but a corest doesn't really work when one needs to be bent over (and not in a good way) as we don't need a boobie slipping out
I would recommend going to a Steampunk event, it is a family affair for many infants to eldery. People who love history as there were many seminars on the history of the era from social morals to the events of that time period.
