Hey y'all, I'm back from vacation, but getting ready to take off for a horse show this weekend. It doesn't stop. I've got less than a month until I see Patterson in Lexington, though. Yay!!

Ok, I guess the duck has been busy. 8-)

Hope everyone is well on this fine Wednesday. Oh, but could someone please do a rain dance? The world up here is brown and the farmers are plowing under their corn in the hopes of planting soy beans and getting something out of their land. We haven't had any significant rainfall in more than 6 weeks and it was already dry then.

it's been one pop up storm after another since before the 4th here.

So it finally rained in the form of all night thunderstorms. Somehow though I managed to sleep through the lightening strike directly across the street which started a small fire on my neighbor's wall.

This just gets better, One of my neighbors posted a video of this activity on FB and the fire truck was in my driveway DIRECTLY UNDER MY BEDROOM WINDOW, yet I slept on. Damn.

TC when the body wants rest it get's it!!! But I am sure there are further adventures in weather to be had

We had everything last night, rain, hail, thunder, lightening and even funnel clouds in Lynn (if you knew Lynn you would be oh yea take it out to sea) But no injuries or deaths reported so Lynn is still with us.

So today is a brand new day with no mistakes in it!!! let'skeep it rolling that way folks!!!!

TC I am so happy it rained your way. I sure have been hoping
and praying that it would . It`s been raining like crazy here all
day and earlier it was lightning and thundering and the wind
was all wild and the tree`s were swaying back and forth ...it was
actually a lil scary so I am happy it has eased a bit because we
sure do not need any more rain in the swamp.

I was reading some comments on a sports story about potential baseball trades and a poster, wanting to say "worth his while", wrote "worth his wild" instead. I think that oughta stick. In all situations you need to ask yourself "Is this worth my wild?". Carry on.
