That sucks, I have been with DirecTv since 1999 and never had a problem. And when I did, they always bent over backwards to fix it. Now them overpricing NFL ticket did bother me, but when I told them I wasnt interested anymore, they knocked 125 bucks off the price of a season.

Oh and they ramble on and on about it when you are basically screaming THAT'S NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR!!!!!!

(Honorable Mentions: Being broke. The lapse of time between DBT shows. People who point out minor flaws you have, when they have really major ones. Training for a half marathon and cutting back on BBQ. No swimming pool. )
