I have been feeling down and out for far too long and it's high time I took matters into my own hands in order to defeat my depression.

1 Go shopping with my wife as a driver and porter, cos she don't drive.
2 Can't drink beer at lunch, just looking at my wife drinking, cos she don't have to drive.
In Japan these day it's getting very strict to drive after drinking alcohol. Back in '80s me, driving, drank lot beer in my car with my wife on side. Good ole days' gone.
3 Lot to do even on Sunday what I don't wanna. Such like translating bad written long article of taxation into Japanese.
4 Damn fool politicians maneuvered by bureaucrats are making laws of tax hike. There are lot unemployed.
5 Bad attitude of agents of Japanese Tax Agency. They don't know tax laws, cos don't have to. The more collecting, the better agent. I'm a tax attorney in Japan, knowing only shouting loud is the only and best weapon for agents, not laws.

I love my wife, daughters, grandson and granddaughters, my dog, DBT the best.

Rep. Gabrielle Giffords of Arizona was shot in the head Saturday and an unknown number of others were wounded when an assailant opened fire in an area where the lawmaker was meeting with constituents, officials said.

There were varying accounts on Giffords' condition, but a hospital spokesman said the Democrat was in critical condition. An aide to the Democrat was killed. An unknown number of others was injured, officials officials said, including additional aides to the lawmaker.

Congressional officials said one of the victims died soon after the attack, and others were taken to a nearby hospital. The officials said the wounded included some of Gifford's aides who were with her at the time.
