A jingle made popular by Birmingham hamburger restaurant chain Jack's in the 1960s is making a comeback.

Jack's Family Restaurants has revived an advertising campaign that uses the "You'll go back, back, back to Jack, Jack, Jack's for more, more, more!" line that was a staple in its promotional efforts in Birmingham for years.

When he contacted well-known session bassist David Hood in Muscle Shoals to play on the track, he started explaining the idea only to have Hood interrupt by singing the jingle.

"He told me his son Patterson (Hood, who is in the Drive By Truckers) used to walk around singing it all the time when he was a little boy," Harrelson said.
