Know of a great band you think we'd like to hear about? Got some music news? Or just want to talk about music in general? Post it here.

WOW! You did it. Nice commitment to the exercise! Unfortunately, you'll have to re rank in about 5 minutes when the next record comes out. Seriously, I'll refer to this when I'm hearing the many as yet discovered tracks in the Pollard cannon.

I did.

Having the album write-ups with the individual song scores helped organize things a bit. But there are so many more songs out there, that aren't on proper albums, or with side projects I have not gotten around to reviewing yet. Love him, hate him or just not giving a fuck about him, you have to admire the sheer level of output. Fuckin' bananas!

HI. Long time reader; rarely post.
For this thread, I want to say "thank you." I like GBV/Pollard a lot, but not exhaustively.
Over some time, I loaded, basically, all of the "10" and "11" rated songs into one big (209 track) TIDAL playlist.
It's really fun to listen to; some of the nonGBV stuff is the big surprise for me. Lexo and the Leapers!
thanks for doing this. gk

Thanks, gk. Happy to hear you have found good use of this thread. Those "side projects" have yielded an abundance of gems for sure. It truly is incredible how much top-notch material Robert Pollard has produced over the last FIVE decades. And he's still going strong. I'm very excited to see GBV in June.
