Nudity. Debauchery. Eating a live scorpion. Insane Clown Posse fans are definitely outrageous. But are they a criminal gang?
whatever you may think about ICP & Juggalos, them being legally labeled as a gang is troubling, to say the least

Yeah, I read that yesterday--surprisingly good article.
The growth of "gang" designations is troubling. This is also happening among some fringe religions, especially in prison, where a religion is tagged as a Security Threat Group and outlawed.
ICP/Juggalos are the douchiest of douches, but I support their Constitutional right to douchdom.
