This looks to be from the Wild Eyed and Live VHS (filmed at Nassau Coliseum in New York in July of '84) that was released that same year.

Born on this day in 1914, I feel fortunate to have worked in country radio during a time (mid to late 80's) when Ernest Tubb was still being played.

Filmed at the No Nukes concerts at Madison Square Garden in New York City which took place between September 19-23 in 1979.
