It's the best thing about living near the Bay Area.

Excited for yours plus the Heartless Bastards, Lumineers, Buddy Miller, Dwight Yoakam, and Rubblebucket. Tiny Television is definitely one of my favorite local bands. Check them out if you can.
I'll write you a letter tomorrow. Tonight I can't hold a pen.

Tell me about Tiny Television.

Didn't catch them. If you look at the schedule, you'll see how challenging it is. I wanted to be everywhere at once.

With proper planning you can get up front to most stages.
The crowds were not as thick this year which helped.
Here are some pictures. Damn that was fun.

You guessed it, Penny Lane!

Yeah, that one pic was a bit fey, but it wasn't the umpty-umpth one of him behind the mic or looking down at his guitar while he played. He hides a lot up there, interestingly.

And, yes, I'm a railbird.

I'm pissed that Rubblebucket no-showed and Lucero had to play later, so I woke up to get to the park by 11:00 for nothing. Then lunch at Pizzetta 211 ran long and I missed all of Lucero. Great year, though. The crowds weren't bad at all.
