They were really great. I had never seen them before, though I always wanted to. The show was sold out, so I went on StubHub - prepared to get completely ripped off - and I ended up getting two tickets that were $40 face for $45 total. That's never happened before and I'm not sure why tickets for a sold-out show were going for half price, but the venue was completely packed and the band was on fire. They were super high energy and played a very long set with a double encore. They've been around for a long time but they certainly aren't showing any signs of slowing down. That's cool that you've got front row seats -- you're in for a great show, for sure.

Mike Watt was fucking ridiculously good last night. felt like i was seeing the Minutemen. Tom Watson's guitar was SEARING. Jerry (don't know his last name) was on fucking point behind the kit. and Watt. legend. such a nice guy.

they played the same set list last night as this one, i am pretty sure. immense. go see this show.

Sounds great! I have only seen Watt as a guest with Dinosaur Jr in the past. I'm excited to see him do his own set. How were the Meat Puppets? I have seen them twice before and they were superb both times.

they were excellent. i saw them in '92 when they did two small club shows in Boston as a warmup to the Earth Day show at Foxboro Stadium. seemed like they never lost a step.

I can't believe I got front row in Seattle. They are playing very small theater. I've seen them several times & it was a most pleasant surprise when they announced the tour. Some friends are mad at me. They were under the mistaken impression that I'm Ticketmaster & I was responsible for getting everyone tickets. Not! I gave them the presale info but they were too lazy to do on their own. Oh, I'm busy...like I'm not. Getting more than 2 would've messed up my scene. Also, don't hear from these guys for months & then all the sudden I'm supposed to drop everything & risk my going to the show. It sold out in 5 minutes when the regular sale started. Ultra lame! Snooze you lose...

That's great that you got front row. This show tonight was sold out but the band released some more tickets yesterday. I bought mine today.

So cool that so many of you guys are seeing MO - jealous! Would have loved to have caught them this go-round. Seems like they never tour, so could be last chance, but maybe all the sell outs will bring them back out again?

His facial expression is terrifying. He's basically the equine Chucky.
