yeah, the only reason i ordered it was because of the super limited edition. i'm definately not into the heavy metal sci-fi thing but i figure it would be a collectors item. plus, i see people are already selling it for over 100 on ebay!

I'm curious, and tempted, but I don't have a turntable and I figure I'll get a chance to hear it eventually. I'm keeping an open mind about the new projects. As much as I dig the more country fried / singer songwriter RA/Cards/Whiskeytown I grew up listening to metal and punk. So I get the metal thing and see it as just a natural return to roots, kind of a full circle thing which many artists do in time. Whether of not it bears repeated listenings is another matter.

Nice packaging. I'm skeptical that the content holds up its end of the bargain.

I thought this was pretty good actually... If he'd do a gig around here (ain't gonna happen) and had this for sale I'd buy it, but the shipping costs are too high to get it over here.
