I did manage to find a used vinyl copy of Very Extremely Dangerous for two dollars at my local record store about a year ago. Eddie Hinton's work is hard to find but well worth the effort.

You seem to be able to get some of them from Amazon but the guys at Zane records also put out some interesting stuff, mainly unreleased session tracks.

I'm not sure I ever go much more than a week without some Eddie Hinton. If a better knowledge of his music was the only thing I ever got out of my DBT experience, which of course it isn't, I think it would be all worth it. One of the true greats.

I have Dear Y'all, Letters, Hard Luck Guy and Very Extremely Dangerous. I need to get the rest. Think the Songwriting Sessions Vol 2 is my next purchase. Would love to have these on vinyl. Everything I have bought has been from iTunes.

It will be interesting to see if he is included in the Muscle Shoals TV series being produced by Johnny Depp. Nancy Wilson of Heart is the music producer.
