Lots of great unreleased songs and alternative versions of others in there. Definitive version of Ride My Llama, all Horsed up. Suits the song so much more than the acoustic RNS one. And that live version of On the Beach.... Damn.chuckrh wrote: ↑Mon Nov 23, 2020 8:51 pmWalk On & Dume are awesome. This is the ditch in a box.cortez the killer wrote: ↑Mon Nov 23, 2020 12:33 pm

It is! Between this, the Wildflowers box set and the second installment of the Neil Young Archives, the sting of 2020 is dulled a bit.

Re: What's Everyone Listening to?
a search of the board found one scant mention of Gwenifer Raymond, in BillinCT's best of 2018 list.
well, i think her name should become a bit more familiar as her new record is outstanding and i think a lot of you will dig it. instrumental folk/mountain guitar music. she can flat out play. such a joy to listen to.

She's really great. I follow her on IG, and love her albums. I'll 2nd that recommendation.

This is Passaic, right? Damn, I remember that night. I was already way past the needing convincing re Bruce, but wow he burned up the building and the radio waves coast to coast that night.
What used to be is gone and what ought to be ought not to be so hard

Re: What's Everyone Listening to?
Yes Passaic and yes he plays Meeting/Jungleland. Plus some primo versions of all the then-new Darkness songs.beantownbubba wrote: ↑Mon Nov 30, 2020 3:44 pmWasnt that the show where he did "Meeting Across the River" for the first time in forever and the last time until forever squared?beantownbubba wrote: ↑Mon Nov 30, 2020 3:43 pmThis is Passaic, right? Zach Bryan - Quiet Heavy Dreams
This guy has gotten a lot of buzz on some of the alt country/Americana FB groups I follow. I thought his earlier stuff was really formulaic/same sounding and he was trying too hard to either be Isbell or Turnpike, depending on the song. This popped up in my Spotify this AM, and I really enjoy it. Big step forward. I'll be keeping tabs on him.
