Based on the first two singles, this new American Aquarium album is going to be another step forward for a band that seems to just keep getting better.

If you told me a few years back that I would be far more excited for their new album than Isbell's, I would have laughed in your face. But, yeah, here we are.

Back in the fall in the space of 3 weeks, I saw BJ at my daughter’s wedding, solo acoustic (played the whole new album-fantastic) and with the band (who are so fucking on fire!). Can’t wait for the record

You probably already caught this, but here's BJ doing Turnpike's "The Bird Hunters". Probably my favorite song of the past decade.
