I'm a little late to this. Not as bad as my initial impression back when it was released. Working well as background music this morning.

Wussy - Attica

Anyone have an opinion on if the pre-Attica stuff is worth diving into? Spotify has a bunch of albums.

Kudzu likes them. I haven't delved into them, which is surprising considering how much I love Attica

I love Attica, and spun the pre-Attica stuff a few times, but nothing really connected with me the way Attica did.

It's Great to Be Alive!

As good as this is, the greedy fan in me wishes something similar existed for the Neff/Shonna era. Or the Isbell era for that matter.

Benji Hughes, 'Songs In The Key Of Animals'

I loved his debut album, 'A Love Extreme' -- kinda reminded me of Beck. The new album is streaming at NPR. Sounds good so far...

Reggae, rock steady and ska are some of my favorite kinds of music to listen to during the summer months but I may enjoy listening to them more in the dead of winter.

This album is so stinking good and it pains me not to see these guys get the same kind of love a band like the Dexateens gets around these parts.
