Thanks! First disc I bought when we moved to Austin. I was trying to get a job at Antone's Records. No job but I did walk away with a sweet box set

And back atcha, there's never enough Faces in the world to suit me!

on this box there are several cuts of Elmore and producers talking in the studio and the producers keep saying "baby." Totally makes me expect this

did someone say Maserati?

Now what you gotta do, I'll tell you what you gotta do
You got to pretend your face is a Maserati
It's a Maserati
It's a Maserati
It's a gettin' hotty
It's a Maserati, Maserati, Maserati
It's a fast one too man, that thing's turbocharged
You feel like a little fuel injection honey?

After being really impressed by the stream of the Will Johnson album I just purchased the WAV download. Sounds even better at CD quality. One minor gripe though. The Watchman is compressed to hell, not to the point of ruining the song but it's annoying. I wrongly assumed it was just the stream that was dodgy, but it's eveident on the download too.

ps -Anyone else reminded of Richmond Fontaine a bit?

I was at the show the night before, the Headbangers Left Ball on Halloween night. Great night, great fun.

Lou Reed Live in Italy. Top 5 Lou Reed album and I actually like this version of Sister Ray better-er than the Velvets ones. Maybe better recording tech, but Bad Bobby Quine git-box should not be sneezed at. Nope.
I've never taken a pissbreak during a DBT show but if I had it would have been during Dancing Ricky.

I dug it right off the bat. It was my first listening to The Sword though, so I had no set expectations,
