What's Everyone Listening to?

Know of a great band you think we'd like to hear about? Got some music news? Or just want to talk about music in general? Post it here.

Has anybody heard the song Low Road by Shooter? This is the first I heard it, but the verse is damn near identical to "Drink in my Hand" by Mr. Church. I don't know anything about musical plagiarism, but they do sound pretty damn similar.

I don't know that much about it either, but shooter could ask Pharrell Williams about it. He just completed a $7m class on it.

Digging this, though I'm admittedly completely unfamiliar with Elliott Smith's music. I'm sure Smith purists would hate this with a passion, but I think it's solid

It's incredible. I had it top 5 myself. Plus I like him. We met him in NOLA last year. Have you seen this?

Again. This is really good, guys. Great songs, and the sound is that of a band that has now been road tested and is brimming with confidence.
