"It all began in mid-2009, when angered by my inability to maintain a career in music, I entered a lengthy period of isolation and introspection. Of the ten songs on this record, some were written as early as age sixteen, while others I finished mere weeks before recording"

very earnestly serious - but I don't get where it's trying to go (lyrically or musically)
kinda sounds unfinished musically - not really my thing (does *not* rawk or roll)
don't know earlier stuff but was hoping for more than is to be found here
if i had some idea what he was on about, it might make more sense
kinda like a bunch of songs sketches thrown together - "meh"
