this is one...Alan Dubin has an unsettling voice to say the least, and this video fits perfectly.

This one gave me creeps listening to the radio late at night as a not-quite teen:

So did this one:

"Night Prowler" AC/DC
"Stray Cat Blues" The Rolling Stones
"Oh, Comely" Neutral Milk Hotel
"Billy Pritchard" Slobberbone
"Go-Go Boots" Drive-By Truckers
"The Tough Sell" Drive-By Truckers
"Kaw-Liga" Hank Williams (not so much sinister, but it creeps me out for some reason)

As far as Hank goes, "Ramblin Man" is definitely spooky, as well as "Angel of Death"

Nirvana's version of Where Do You Sleep from the Unplugged in NYC record. Kurt's voice and the sound of that cello give me chills every time.

Never got the creeps from listening to that one but we all have different things that scare us. If anything, for the longest time I thought it was some great lost Hendrix track.

Before LJ gets in here and for the record, I still haven't seen anything but the edited for TV version of The Exorcist. However, I do have the Mad Magazine parody and Richard Pryor's comedy routine about the movie committed to memory.

From a post on the Mark Slutsky website called "Films You Only Know from Mad Magazine":
