Is that Lindsey on Lindsey's shirt? --great new band

Know of a great band you think we'd like to hear about? Got some music news? Or just want to talk about music in general? Post it here.

From about 4:08 to 4:11, the design on Lindsey Buckingham's shirt that is not Lindsey Buckingham looks like... Lindsey Buckingham.

The originals do a bad-ass version there.

Mississippi has had it's share of musicians... but not that many hugely-successful bands. Blind Melon, Three Doors Down and the Gants come to mind, but not much besides that.

Young Buffalo is a band of (very) young musicians from Oxford who are very, very good. I think they've all made it to their 20s now, but not sure. They're a trio and all three regularly trade instruments with each other through the show. They're all Oxford born-and-raised and have known each other all their lives. I'm hoping for big things for them
Check out their version of "The Chain":

Ben, whose main instrument is bass, wears out that Strat at the end.
What Young Buffalo did with the song at Music In The Hall was incredible. I've never seen any musician/musicians get a bigger and more positive response at any of the Music In The Hall production than this performance, and there's been some good shows up there: North Mississippi All Stars, Jimbos Mathus, Shannon McNally, etc...

I think this band has an opportunity to be one of the biggest ever from Mississippi, and certainly from Oxford. They're about to play the Bowery Ballroom in New York and some London dates before a U.S. tour.
Here they are with an original, "New Beat":
