Actually it's 1967 - 1974. Even that much better.

Death of Jones
Initiation of Taylor
Altamont
Sex
Drugs
Jimmy Miller
Anita Pallenberg
Gram Parsons
Stadium Rock
Seduction of the celebrity world
Internal strife
Decadence
Departure of Taylor
Addition of Wood
Keith in rehab

On "Brown Sugar":
"It's about all those nasty subjects rolled up into one. So it's about heroin, and it's about slavery, and it's about eating pussy."

On the post-Exile Stones:
"Jagger is no longer interested and Keith is fucked up."

good stuff throughout. looks like our boys stumbled through their peak creative years w/o ever realizing how special it was. working hard to destroy what was gifted from the gods.

who the fuck is mick jagger?

long live rock.

Watched this last night, good stuff. I learned a lot from it. A couple of Stones related items that I've had on my most wanted list (The London Years box set and Keith's Life bio) just went a few notches higher. Thanks for posting.

I'm a fan of that site too. The guy is big into Thelonious Monster. Adois Lounge is one of their tunes that is a duet with Tom Waits. Let me know if you wanna check out the Monster. One of my all time favorite bands.
