The greatest dog in the world, Wayne the Dog, was born 26 years ago this past Tuesday in Tupelo, Mississippi. On Wayne's first birthday David Letterman brought Darlene Love on his show not because they have the same initials but because she does the greatest "Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)" in the world. They've been celebrating Wayne's birthday ever since and tonight is the night on CBS.
