Quick Lists are getting like the Super Bowl with all the roman numerals. For those of us who don't speak roman, can we switch to regular numbers?

I had heard that it may be on Youtube somewhere, however I am not technologically saavy enough to figure out how to post it here. I actually requested it the past two years. Either way not that important.

Tweedy does two intimate, seated benefit shows in Chicago at The Vic Theatre at the beginning of every year usually in February or March. If you're ever able to attend I'd highly encourage anyone to do so. The schtick basically is before each show Jeff's wife Sue, asks the first 25-30 people in line what song they would like to hear and Jeff pretty much plays them all and maybe a couple others that he wants to play. Obviously people make him really dig deep to some Tupelo. Smog, and/or Loose Fur stuff. He'll read the name of the requestee off before he plays the song and often makes fun of them for being uber-nerdy enough to request a song that he "hardly remembers writing or recording."

Anyways, it usually announced with only a couple week notice, but if you're ever in for the trek to Chicago I would highly recomend it. Its easily at the very top of favorite shows every year.

Nice to see 3 1/2 years later you were able to stick within the parameters of the thread.

Haha, I didn't even see my original post; I scanned through and assumed I didn't make one. EXTREMELY surprised that the lists are still so similar.
