Just goes to show you never know what you'll find on YouTube. I just did a search for Commander Cody & the Lost Planet Airmen's "Everybody's Doin' It" and found this clip that was apparently shot for a movie called Hollywood Boulevard back in the 70s. Even though this would have fit perfectly on the long out of print Hot Licks, Cold Steel & Other Truckers Favorites, it did appear on Country Casanova (which is also sadly out of print).

A classic. My favorite is the version by Sons of the Pioneers.
Another great one is Tom Waits' version of "Phantom 309."
