her instagram seems to suggest new stuff is finally in the works, and i couldnt be happier. right now id say shes second only to super furry animals as far as artists i want to release an album in 2018

I echo this sentiment 100%.

She's opening this spring on Brian Fallon's (of Gaslight Anthem) tour. Not sure if I'll go to that show but I'd absolutely love it if she'd release a new record and headline some clubs. Plus I'm willing to ditch my family and move to Nashville if she'll marry me.

yeah i dont know fallon at all and im seriously considering the dc show to see caitlin.

one pic she posted was in john agnello's studio and included steve shelley of sonic youth. not sure if that necessarily means a louder album but i'm intrigued. the stand-in is one of my favorites of the decade so far, easily

Fallon's solo work is really, really good. Completely in Clam's wheel house, and I could see Shakespeare digging it to.

i can tell metheny is fast becoming one of my favorite guitarists cuz its always a struggle to choose what to play next.

Kathleen hasn't technically rejected me yet. She just hasn't gotten back to me.
