Just listened to the recording on the way home from the fest. Claimed FOB spot an hour before the show. Stealth job that worked pretty well. Will be up possibly later tonight. Just hit Montgomery on way to the Shoals.

Working on it. Think I'll upload to the LMA first, then etree.org.
Will post a link when it's there!
Hope you enjoy it!

This was a great DBT set!
willsfc and I saw Portugal. the Man and I went to the Boom Boom Room (tent) and watched Old Crow Medicine Show's set, working my way through the crowd to snag a FOB/DFC spot near a temporary rail for DBT. After the Old Crow crowd left, I claimed the spot and sat hung there for an hour and 15 minutes for the DBT set. Will asked me what they would open with and I said "Lookout Mountain."
Since audio recording was "not allowed" I had to stealth this one. The Church Audio mics were inside my hat running directly into the recorder. Nobody bothered us taping all weekend once we got past security. On Sunday they were digging a little deeper in the backpacks. Will had the recorder and I had the mics. A security guy found the recorder and asked Will what it was. He replied, "a camera" and the guard put it back in the bag. He fondled my towel and never felt the mics. Glad he was not very tech savvy.
Remember, this was not an open recording as DBT normally allows, but it came out great. Nobody was directly behind us and a guy from Jackson, Miss., was too my left and I told him what I was doing. He and his buddies blocked and Will and Mark Terrell from Atlanta blocked left and in front. This sounds great for what it is. I stood still the entire set to get this one. Very glad I did!
DBT actually played over their allotted time of 1:15. They had about two minutes after "Zip City" and went right into "Let There Be Rock." Loved Patterson's rapture and beach references.
enjoy!
