"Rock album" makes me cautiously optimistic, but I'm not getting my hopes up based on that clip. Sounds like the band tuning up.

While a short burst of feedback isn't much to go on, I have my doubts that this record will live up to the alcohol-fueled bluster of the early 400 Unit shows.
