One his latest...
If I won powerball, I can honestly say I'd keep doing the same work I've done for the last 15 years (but the light show would be INSANE).

I usually get Jason's jokes, but this one has me puzzled. Any help?
If anybody is at the Union Station @doubletree in St. Louis, I'm locked out on the courtyard please help

I didn't think it was a joke. I assumed he was locked out of his hotel. Somehow "don't want to die at the Doubletree" doesn't have the same ring to it though.

There are certainly worse places in St. Louis where one could be locked out. I've stayed at the Union Station and it is pretty awesome.

Tonight's schedule was Libertines then Morrissey, and it turns out the Libertines won't go on UNLESS they can smell meat cooking. Stalemate.

The previous one to that about having to walk a mile to get some bacon due to Morrissey's rider demands was hilarious too. Not least in the indignation it sparked from Moz-Fans.

This made me laugh:

Interlocutor: "@JasonIsbell today is the 15th anniversary of Southern Rock Opera, before you joined DBT. Comment on it?"

Jason Isbell: "It's good"

Kasey Musgraves ~ Someone who continually farts in your presence but doesn't acknowledge it; a casual farter. Do you have any casual farters in your life?

Jason makes a generic post about the Charlottesville protests and the alt-right hillbillies showed up in droves in the comments section.

Last night Jason brought out Amanda Shires, Gillian Welch, Dave Rawlings, Buddy Miller, Jerry Douglas, Mac McAnally, and Emmylou Harris for his last date at the Country Music Hall of Fame. Looks like I messed up only grabbing a ticket for the first night.

No, he still tweets all the time. He had a lot of negative reaction when he praised the kids marching for gun rights, but we know all about that with our own ignorant DBT fans

Jason was going off a bit yesterday (rightfully) about how every review of Amanda's new record mentions him and his career. He really wants her to stand on her own, and is annoyed that they can't just talk about her. Not unlike every reviewer mentioning Skynyrd in the reviews of DBT for about a decade

And his own career, as the "former guitarist for DBT"
