1999 Tour

Here's a project I'm working on. P wants to find the lost 1999 tour dates for the Past Tourdates page. I'm not sure where to start but I'd love it if anyone has any leads. I'm scouring my oldest emails but no luck yet. Also looking to fill in the 2008 European tour dates that are inexplicably missing.
