a friend of mine just clued me into this band and this a pretty disparate set of covers. that Greg Sage (Wipers) song is one of my favorites he's done and from his second solo lp, pretty unheralded.

"Pretty disparate" indeed. For a songwriter, I'd imagine that having a song covered is a pretty cool moment. That they do a nice job with it is a bonus.
