This is excellent! One thing to poke at is the searching. I think you may need to re-index to get well into the dark ages of the last decade. I did an advanced search for Surrender Under Protest in titles only and came back with bupkis.

Is there a way to see the condensed narrow version on mobile, but to use the wider original version on a desktop?

My old eyes read that as "Surrender Under Protest in titties" and I tought, "well, yes".

Old eyes and warped brain. There is a reason we're friends.

Still not able to link photos from the location. Maybe hotlinking isn't cool, so OK. Just wondering if that's a a bug or on purpose.

There is a way to post both images and links, can you email me what you're linking? Or a screenshot of your post before it goes up? jmschonberg@protonmail.com

That should be the default, is that not what you're getting?

I'll take a look at it, I haven't messed with the search function at all yet, so may need some tweaking.

@beardedhebrew Thank you for all your hard work getting this up and running for people like me who only do phones - except for work, but I try to keep that separate [emoji1376][emoji1376][emoji1376]

No it's scrunched up on my desktop. The board is kind of in the middle of my screen, with lots of unused real estate to the left and right. (but I'm sure I'll get used to it after a while)

What browsers are y'all using? Windows or Apple?

Safari here. The board works fine, but it doesn't scale to full screen the way it did before.

Appears to be an issue with the shortcode, I'm working on it.

Search looks great!

I do notice there are a lot more line breaks in this here text box when you quote someone. Is that a bug or a feature? Or just Johnnie whining?

And since I asked that question, I decided to test it, and yes, it's mostly just Johnnie whining. When I previewed that comment, removed the line feeds, then previewed it again, it looked the same. As an old man, I hate change; as a young man, I often lived off what of it I could find lying around. I'll adjust.

So update on discogs, it's an issue with the way the forum software is processing the link. Discogs' links include some characters that phpbb doesn't think should be there. I'm not sure why it's an issue now when it wasn't before. It should be fixable, but I'm not knowledgeable enough about code to know how, so I've reached out to some folks who might. I'll keep y'all posted.

I'm using Safari on a Mac and still have the same issue - the whole board is in the middle 3rd of my screen with nothing on the right or left side.

Is there any way to directly link things like Tweets in a manner similar to YouTube videos? Thanks.
threedimesdown.com

At first glance it looks like I added functionality for creating a clickable link using the button that looks like a chain link, but not seeing anything for creating a button like there is for youtube. I'll keep looking.
The "media" button addition is great. Thanks!

Got a new phone the other day (pixel 4a) and am unable to login with Tapatalk. Same credentials work just fine on Chrome for android. I've tried with login and full email. No issues on old phone (pixel 2). Screenshot below...
